1. Agreement to terms

EarnCash (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a rewards platform where users may complete tasks, surveys, offers, and partner promotions to earn rewards in USD balance tracked on the Service. The Service may also include daily check-ins and streaks, leaderboards, referral rewards, promotional codes, missions and pass-style reward tracks, bonus games or spins (including scratch-style games) where offered, video or ad placements, embedded offer walls (for example TimeWall, AdGem, Incentium, BitcoTasks, CPX Research, Notik, MMWall, or TheoremReach where enabled), smartlink or rewarded-ad flows, withdrawal and redemption flows (including PayPal, cryptocurrency, gift cards, and other methods we make available), in-product notifications, community or news areas, and chat features (including a public global chat and private support messaging). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Service where prohibited by law. We may refuse or terminate access if we believe you have misrepresented your identity or eligibility.

3. Accounts and security

You may register with an email and password and/or sign in with supported third-party providers (for example Google), where we make those options available. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or other users.

If an account is deleted and associated abuse-risk signals are present, we may place limited anti-abuse holds that can block immediate re-registration with the same email, subject to applicable law.

4. Rewards and balances

Rewards, points, or balances displayed in the Service represent promotional value tracked on our platform. They are not deposits, bank balances, or regulated financial instruments unless expressly stated otherwise. Redemption options, fees, minimums, eligibility, and processing times are described in the Service and may change with notice where required. You are responsible for any taxes or government charges that may apply to rewards you receive, to the extent applicable in your jurisdiction.

Withdrawal eligibility threshold. To submit a withdrawal request, your account must have at least USD $1.00 in cumulative credited earnings from EarnCash offer-wall/survey partner activity (as tracked by eligible partner postbacks on the Service). If this threshold is not met, withdrawal requests may be rejected until you qualify.

We may adjust, delay, or reverse credits where we detect fraud, abuse, chargebacks, duplicate claims, or errors by users or third-party offer providers.

Promotional codes. From time to time we or our partners may offer alphanumeric promo codes that credit your balance when redeemed in accordance with posted rules (including limits per user, total use caps, and expiry). Promo codes have no cash value until successfully redeemed, may be modified or withdrawn, and must not be obtained or shared through fraud or automated means.

Referrals. If we offer a referral program, referral links and codes are for inviting genuine new users. Self-referrals, fake accounts, or schemes to manufacture commissions may result in forfeiture of rewards and account action. Referral commission eligibility is subject to Service rules, including that commissions are generally generated only after qualifying referred-user withdrawals are completed, may be blocked for risk signals (for example shared IP-network abuse patterns), and may be reversed if the underlying withdrawal is cancelled or refunded. Commission rates and claim thresholds are as shown in the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use bots, click farms, VPNs or other means to circumvent rules or geographic limits where prohibited; (b) create multiple accounts to abuse promotions; (c) interfere with or reverse-engineer the Service; (d) harass others, abuse chat or support channels, evade moderation controls, or upload unlawful content; or (e) use the Service for money laundering or other illegal activity. We may withhold rewards and cooperate with authorities when appropriate.

6. Third-party offers and integrations

Many tasks and offers are provided by independent partners (including survey networks, ad networks, and offer walls such as TimeWall, AdGem, Incentium, BitcoTasks, CPX Research, Notik, MMWall, and TheoremReach, which may be embedded in the Service or opened in a separate tab/window). Their terms, privacy practices, and payout rules apply to those interactions. We do not control partner sites, ad destinations, or postbacks and are not responsible for their content, availability, measurement, or payout decisions, except as required by applicable law. Some partner destinations may include mature or age-restricted material depending on third-party inventory and your region. Branding or logos shown for withdrawal or gift options identify third-party products or merchants and do not imply sponsorship unless we say otherwise; see each merchant for its own terms.

7. Chat and support

Global chat and private support chat are provided for community discussion and help with the Service. You must not share passwords, one-time codes, full payment details, or other sensitive credentials in chat. Messages may be moderated, filtered, rate-limited, or retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Automated assistants (including AI-based helpers) may respond in global chat when enabled; they are informational only and do not replace official account support for sensitive issues.

Support and withdrawal-feedback submissions may be logged in internal operations channels to process your request, investigate abuse, and maintain audit records.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, logos, and content we provide are owned by EarnCash or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, or exploit our materials without permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or a minimum level of earnings.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarnCash and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us directly for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), if you have not paid us.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify EarnCash and its officers, directors, and employees against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes and termination

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on the Service and, where appropriate, update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your primary place of residence or, where we specify a venue in a separate agreement, that jurisdiction. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

1. Who we are

EarnCash (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website and related services (the “Service”) that let you complete tasks, surveys, offers, and partner promotions to earn rewards; use features such as daily check-ins, leaderboards, referrals, promotional codes, bonus activities where available, withdrawals and redemptions, notifications, community content, and chat (public and support). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with the Service.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile. When you register or sign in, we may collect your username, email address, password hash (if you use email login), authentication identifiers from third-party sign-in (for example Google account identifiers, profile name, and avatar when you choose that option), payout destination details you choose to store (for example PayPal email, delivery email, or wallet address), and preferences such as language or display settings.

Activity and rewards. We log actions needed to run the platform: offers started or completed, balances, promo code redemptions, redemptions and cashout requests, check-ins and streaks, missions or pass reward claims, referral relationships and commissions where applicable, leaderboard-related activity, Lucky Spin and scratch-style bonus events where offered, ad or video completion events where applicable (including smartlink and reward-mode events), and support or moderation events.

Referral attribution. When you arrive via a referral link or referral query parameter, we may store a referral code in a browser cookie so it can be associated with your account if you register within the cookie’s lifetime. See our Cookie Policy.

Device and technical data. We may collect IP address, browser type, approximate region derived from IP, device identifiers, and diagnostic logs to secure the Service, prevent fraud, attribute offer completions, determine country-tier routing and consent mode behavior, apply or suggest regional defaults (such as currency display), and improve performance.

Presence and anti-abuse signals. If chat presence features are enabled, we process a temporary browser-generated visitor key plus timestamps to count active users, keep chat online indicators accurate, and detect abuse or unusual traffic patterns.

Communications. If you contact us (for example via in-app support chat, Discord links we provide, or email), we retain the content of those messages and related metadata as needed to respond and maintain records. This may include support-thread metadata, account identifiers, and technical metadata such as request IP for abuse-prevention and ticket auditing. Global chat messages you post are stored and may be moderated.

Translations. When you request translated text in the interface, snippets of on-screen copy may be sent to a translation service (we use Google’s translation endpoints) to return text in your chosen language. Do not paste highly sensitive personal data into fields that trigger translation.

Automated assistants. When enabled, an automated assistant in global chat may process your questions and recent chat context through an AI inference provider (for example OpenAI-compatible APIs) to generate replies. Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or other secrets in chat.

Email. We may send transactional or service emails (for example redemption status updates, offer/postback credit notices, leaderboard winner notices, giveaway-related notices, and security notices), plus occasional re-engagement or product update messages where permitted. You can manage email preferences where controls are available (including unsubscribe handling for eligible campaigns).

3. How we use information

We use personal information to: provide and improve the Service; authenticate users; credit rewards and process redemptions; verify withdrawal eligibility rules (including minimum cumulative partner-earned thresholds where configured); operate referrals, promos, and bonuses; run chat and support; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms; communicate service-related notices; analyze usage in aggregate or de-identified form; operate optional translation and assistant features; handle partner attribution; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your region, we may rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Service you requested); legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement), balanced against your rights; consent, where we ask for it (for example optional communications or certain cookies); and legal compliance.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: service providers who host infrastructure, process payments or payouts, send email, provide translation or AI inference, mirror operational notifications to internal operations tools (for example private team webhooks and Discord webhook channels used for operations/support logging), or help us detect fraud, under contractual confidentiality; offer and survey partners when required to validate completions, attribute rewards, or prevent duplicate payouts (including providers such as TimeWall, AdGem, Incentium, BitcoTasks, CPX Research, Notik, MMWall, and TheoremReach where enabled); advertising and measurement partners where required to serve optional ad experiences or measure campaign performance; network and geolocation lookup providers used to infer approximate country/region from IP for routing, compliance, and anti-abuse; professional advisers where required; and authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our partners may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, store referral attribution, remember cookie-consent decisions, measure traffic (where enabled), and support integrations (such as offer walls and ad providers). Details are in our Cookie Policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may limit certain features.

7. Third-party links and embeds

The Service may link to or embed third-party sites, surveys, offer walls, or ad experiences (including providers such as TimeWall, AdGem, Incentium, BitcoTasks, CPX Research, Notik, MMWall, and TheoremReach). Depending on your consent choices and partner availability, some partner pages may open directly in a new tab/window instead of an embedded frame. Those services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to read them. We are not responsible for their practices, though we choose partners with care.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. Chat and support transcripts may be retained for a similar period. Where you request account deletion, we may still retain limited records necessary for security and abuse prevention (for example risk-hold metadata such as email/IP and moderation-risk flags) for an additional period consistent with applicable law. Aggregated or de-identified data may be kept longer.

9. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact us through the channels described below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests.

11. International transfers

If we process data in countries other than your own, we take steps consistent with applicable law to ensure appropriate safeguards (such as contractual clauses) where required.

12. Children

The Service is not directed at children under the age required in your jurisdiction to consent to data processing without parental permission. We do not knowingly collect personal information from young children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
