1. Agreement to terms

EarnCash (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a rewards platform where users may complete tasks, surveys, offers, and partner promotions to earn rewards in USD balance tracked on the Service. The Service may also include daily check-ins and streaks, leaderboards, referral rewards, promotional codes, bonus games or spins where offered, video or ad placements, embedded offer walls (for example TimeWall or CPX Research), withdrawal and redemption flows (including PayPal, cryptocurrency, gift cards, and other methods we make available), in-product notifications, community or news areas, and chat features (including a public global chat and private support messaging). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Service where prohibited by law. We may refuse or terminate access if we believe you have misrepresented your identity or eligibility.

3. Accounts and security

You may register with an email and password and/or sign in with supported third-party providers (for example Google), where we make those options available. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or other users.

4. Rewards and balances

Rewards, points, or balances displayed in the Service represent promotional value tracked on our platform. They are not deposits, bank balances, or regulated financial instruments unless expressly stated otherwise. Redemption options, fees, minimums, eligibility, and processing times are described in the Service and may change with notice where required. You are responsible for any taxes or government charges that may apply to rewards you receive, to the extent applicable in your jurisdiction.

We may adjust, delay, or reverse credits where we detect fraud, abuse, chargebacks, duplicate claims, or errors by users or third-party offer providers.

Promotional codes. From time to time we or our partners may offer alphanumeric promo codes that credit your balance when redeemed in accordance with posted rules (including limits per user, total use caps, and expiry). Promo codes have no cash value until successfully redeemed, may be modified or withdrawn, and must not be obtained or shared through fraud or automated means.

Referrals. If we offer a referral program, referral links and codes are for inviting genuine new users. Self-referrals, fake accounts, or schemes to manufacture commissions may result in forfeiture of rewards and account action. Commission rates and conditions are as shown in the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use bots, click farms, VPNs or other means to circumvent rules or geographic limits where prohibited; (b) create multiple accounts to abuse promotions; (c) interfere with or reverse-engineer the Service; (d) harass others, abuse chat or support channels, or upload unlawful content; or (e) use the Service for money laundering or other illegal activity. We may withhold rewards and cooperate with authorities when appropriate.

6. Third-party offers and integrations

Many tasks and offers are provided by independent partners (including survey networks, ad networks, and offer walls such as TimeWall or CPX Research, which may be embedded in the Service). Their terms, privacy practices, and payout rules apply to those interactions. We do not control partner sites or postbacks and are not responsible for their content, availability, measurement, or payout decisions, except as required by applicable law. Branding or logos shown for withdrawal or gift options identify third-party products or merchants and do not imply sponsorship unless we say otherwise; see each merchant for its own terms.

7. Chat and support

Global chat and private support chat are provided for community discussion and help with the Service. You must not share passwords, one-time codes, full payment details, or other sensitive credentials in chat. Messages may be moderated, filtered, or retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Automated assistants (including AI-based helpers) may respond in global chat when enabled; they are informational only and do not replace official account support for sensitive issues.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, logos, and content we provide are owned by EarnCash or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, or exploit our materials without permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or a minimum level of earnings.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarnCash and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us directly for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), if you have not paid us.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify EarnCash and its officers, directors, and employees against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes and termination

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on the Service and, where appropriate, update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your primary place of residence or, where we specify a venue in a separate agreement, that jurisdiction. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile. When you register or sign in, we may collect your username, email address, password hash (if you use email login), authentication identifiers from third-party sign-in (for example Google account identifiers when you choose that option), and preferences such as language or display settings.

Activity and rewards. We log actions needed to run the platform: offers started or completed, balances, promo code redemptions, redemptions and cashout requests, check-ins and streaks, referral relationships and commissions where applicable, leaderboard-related activity, Lucky Spin or similar bonus events if offered, ad or video completion events where applicable, and support or moderation events.

Referral attribution. When you arrive via a referral link or referral query parameter, we may store a referral code in a browser cookie so it can be associated with your account if you register within the cookie’s lifetime. See our Cookie Policy.

Device and technical data. We may collect IP address, browser type, approximate region derived from IP, device identifiers, and diagnostic logs to secure the Service, prevent fraud, attribute offer completions, and improve performance.

Communications. If you contact us (for example via in-app support chat, Discord links we provide, or email), we retain the content of those messages and related metadata as needed to respond and maintain records. Global chat messages you post are stored and may be moderated.

Translations. When you request translated text in the interface, snippets of on-screen copy may be sent to a translation service (we use Google’s translation endpoints) to return text in your chosen language. Do not paste highly sensitive personal data into fields that trigger translation.

Automated assistants. When enabled, an automated assistant in global chat may process your questions and recent chat context through an AI inference provider (for example NVIDIA-hosted OpenAI-compatible APIs) to generate replies. Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or other secrets in chat.

Email. We may send transactional or service emails (for example account verification, redemption status, security notices, or occasional re-engagement messages where permitted). You can manage marketing preferences where we offer controls.

We use personal information to: provide and improve the Service; authenticate users; credit rewards and process redemptions; operate referrals, promos, and bonuses; run chat and support; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms; communicate service-related notices; analyze usage in aggregate or de-identified form; operate optional translation and assistant features; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your region, we may rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Service you requested); legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement), balanced against your rights; consent, where we ask for it (for example optional communications or certain cookies); and legal compliance.

2. How EarnCash uses cookies

Session (authentication). When you log in, we use a secure HTTP-only session cookie (commonly named session in our Flask-based deployment) so our server can recognize your account across requests. This cookie is cleared when you log out or when the session expires.

Language preference. When you choose a display language (including via our language API), we set a cookie named earncash_language so we can apply it on later visits.

Referral attribution. When you open a referral link (/r/…) or land with a ref query parameter, we set a cookie named ec_ref holding a referral code, typically for up to 60 days, so registration can be tied to the referrer. If you block this cookie, referral credit may not apply.

3. Local storage and session storage

The site may store non-sensitive preferences in localStorage, including keys such as earncash_language, earncash_theme (light/dark), earncash_sidebar_compact, and earncash_leaf_return_page for navigation convenience. These values stay on your device unless you clear site data; they are not sent to our servers automatically like cookies.

We may use sessionStorage for short-lived UI state (for example whether an in-product notice was already shown in the current browser tab). Support chat may use small keys tied to a thread id so the interface does not repeat certain hints.

Some surveys, offers, or games are shown through third-party partners (for example embedded offer walls such as TimeWall or CPX Research). Those providers may set their own cookies or use device storage to measure completions, prevent fraud, or personalize offers. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through settings. Blocking all cookies may prevent sign-in, referral attribution, or language features from working correctly. You can also use private or incognito mode for a session that discards cookies when you close the window.
